Warning Signs

Your warning signs are unique to you. Here you will want to note things that may make you feel overwhelmed or that you or someone else may have identified as a worrying time for you.

Note your triggers and try to write down your feelings at these times which may lead to crisis.

For example, you may wish to write about: Isolating myself from friends and family, feeling overwhelmed, feeling stressed, crying, feeling like I don't want to go on.
